Texas New Law Immigration

Illegal entry into Texas could become a misdemeanor crime under proposed legislation. Senate Bill 11, introduced by Republican state Sen. Brian Birdwell, would make unauthorized entry a misdemeanor offense, with penalties increasing for repeat offenders. Currently, immigration violations are primarily handled by federal authorities.

Texas Open Carry

Open carry was legal in Texas from the time the Republic of Texas was founded in 1836 until 1995. In 1995, the Texas Legislature passed a law that required people to obtain a permit to carry a handgun openly or concealed. The law also prohibited the open carry of handguns in certain places, such as schools and government buildings.

In 2015, the Texas Legislature passed a law that allowed people to openly carry handguns without a permit. The law went into effect on January 1, 2016. The law does not apply to people who are prohibited from possessing a firearm under federal law, such as felons and people with certain mental health diagnoses.

Soft plastic lure: The soft plastic lure is the bait that attracts the fish. There are many different types of soft plastic lures that can be used on a Texas rig, including worms, lizards, crawfish, and creature baits. The color of the lure is also important, and it should be chosen based on the water clarity and the time of year.

Here are the steps on how to rig a Texas rig:

• Thread the line through the weight and tie on the hook using an improved clinch knot.
• Leave about 1-2 inches of space between the weight and the hook.

Texas Volleyball

Texas Yucca

Yucca treculeana is commonly known as Spanish dagger, or Torrey’s yucca. It is a large, evergreen shrub or small tree with rosettes of stiff, spine-tipped leaves and large clusters of creamy white flowers. It is found in dry, rocky areas throughout Texas.
